No happy jack or 2nd bathroom in the garage so you have full use of the 14 foot garage with no height issues. 
Outside entertainment and TV in garage. Rv licks on both entry doors. Dealer added two lippert  storage boxes for extra storage for hoses, and x tension cords and such. We just do not have time to travel like we had planned. Has a transferable warranty.
