Summer FUN! Just like NEW!
This CLEAN 260RD has only been used a handful of times and Interior/Exterior are just like new. We no longer have the time to use it, so would like to find someone who will enjoy it!

(It could accomodate 1 or 2 more if needed by using the table drop-down feature and/or the sofa)

There are so many nice features in this RV, but here are a few:
The kitchen/living area has a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer; a gas stovetop and oven; farm-style sink; microwave; TV with adjustable mount; Recliner Sofa with massage & heater built in; stereo; interior control panel for all controls; A/C in Living Area & Bedroom; Bedroom barn door and Bathroom slider door for more space; ample cupboard, closet space, & storage space!

The slide out has a cover to keep debris out. There are exterior outlets and tv connection.

It has an Anderson Hitch (the truck bed attachment is not included). This hitch makes hook-up a breeze! We towed it with a Toyota Tundra 4WD 8 cyl and the truck handled it with no problem.

Auto leveling makes set-up time quick and easy!! (cuts down on 'words' between spouses :)

Included with the sale are the magnetic (red) leveling jack blocks (in photo), tri-pod hitch point support (photo), slide-out jacks, water hose, tank sewer hose (photo).
