Just lowered $ 1,000 on May 29th.  I downloaded a report from incheckup, that I can show you that the rv has had no flood damage, accidents, salvage, etc. The rv has never been moved during the winter, or seen salt. Non smoker, always kept the blinds clo
sed so that the sun wouldn't fade the interior. I even put a thick peace of white paper on the entry door to further block out light. There is an outside shower. The couches, chairs, and kitchen cabinets are in excellent condition, as I have cleaned the leather and wood every year. there is a furnace, and the electric fireplace puts out heat as well. The furnace runs on propane, so does the stove, and if the electric power goes out, the propane kicks on to keep the fridge/freezer cold. The 2 living room slides give rv a lot of entertainment room. the RV has only been on the road 3 times, so extremely low road travel. The rv is priced right due to a few minor things, such as some of the blinds need to be re-strung. The blinds are closed but just don't open without the strings on the outside. Just the stings on the outside need replacing. The last two pictures are to show you the minor flaw on the outside of the bottom cabinet is. The factory uses a cheap brown tape on the
bottom that is peeling in 2 small areas, as seen in the pictures. Also the neon blue light on the oven dials(exterior) don't work either. Other than that, the microwave, a/c,  fridge, stove, shower, kitchen sink, cabinets open and close like new, and bathroom sink work fine. The fifth wheel is a space saver by parking your car underneath the bed area! The exterior
wheels were cleaned every year to prevent any rust, and had the battery taken out every year to put on a low trickle charge during the winter. Owning a 5th wheel is a real space saver, by parking your car underneath where the bed is. Just about the whole hood fits underneath (look at my last picture). Come and take a tour of the Sprindale!
