It is a 10 year old camper so does have some love put into it. Does have some minor delamanation on the left side just in one area. We fixed the rotten boards but did not relam it. Every where else is solid. There is one broken floor joist in the kitchen area that has been repaired before we owned it. We would be willing to fix it if deal breaker. Pictures show that the couch is covered. This is due to the vinyl peeling off couch. Other then esthetics it is very functional and comfy!

Comes with bedding, bath linens (if wanted), propane tanks, mini-fridge x-choks, leveling blocks, water hoses and sewer hoses (if wanted).
