Could use some TLC, but is completely useable now. No leaks. Outside kitchen with mini fridge, Cold AC. Flooring has a cut in the linoleum. table and chairs are broken, and one floor jack is bent. Has new tires and 12V battery. Extra storage on back rack. Ready to go camping!
