Great condition for being 20 years old. Has a few minor blemishes.

Engine oil and generator oil just changed. Religiously changed it 2 times a year and use Mobil 1 oil
Trans serviced at 30k miles. Both filters and flushed and added TranSynd fluid.
Rear diff, coolant, power steering filter and fluid, leveling jack fluid all changed at 30k
2 new batteries and 2 new chassis batteries last July.
