Norcold refrigerator has been replaced with a residential unit, and is powered by it's own pure sine wave inverter when not on shore power. A Victron BVM-712 monitors the house batteries. Main charger/inverter and ac devices protected by a Hughes Power Watchdog. A 50 amp 35' Shore power extension cord is included. Comes with a Magne Shade sun shade for the windshield and also a seperate awning rail mounted sun shade for the side. LED lighting added to most cabinets and LED bulbs in most fixtures. The four drive tires are Toyo's new last year, the steers are Michelin from 2017, installed in 2019. TST tire pressure system monitors the tires and Crossfire pressure balencers keep the pressures even and able to check inflation visually. Chassis batteries new in 2022. The dinette is permanently fixed for two seats only. No washer/dryer installed. There is no satellite dish but the roof is clean and can accomidate a lot of solar panels if you want to convert for boondocking.
