The Electric Fireplace is a great feature and also provides heat! The top bunk has been removed and this space is being used as a ‘crawl-in’ closet. Everything here can be removed & adjusted to make this space work best for your needs. It can still easily be used as sleeping space as well. Full storage space under each bench seat, under the kitchen sink, behind the couch, and above the w/d. Both the dining and couch fold down into more sleeping space. The outdoor kitchen area is a great addition with the mini-fridge and two burner stove-top. There is an outdoor quick connect hose port that is super handy for the quick wash and fill-up. Currently winterized for protection. A/C is electric & Heat is Propane unless you add/opt for space heaters. It's only had two owners, my sister and myself. Two young working family/professionals. It was used for about a year & a half during transition for work/life for us both and just no longer needed. It's a great little home on the road or whereever you land!
