We bought this to support my sons cycling career.  It is no longer needed. We have enjoyed the convenience and the family experiences unique to owning an RV. I have owned tow behind units in the past and the motor home is the way to go.  This unit will fit (snug) in most traditional parking spaces. This Class C has a great turning radius and maneuvers easily through normal gas station
and other parking lots. I purchased this unit specifically for its small foot print and no slides to mess with or fail while traveling. This unit is prefect for boon docking.  It is completely self contained. With the onboard water tank, dual daisy chained batteries and the generator a camp site with hookups is not required. There is a small bit of cosmetic scratching on the door to the living area, you can see in the picture. This was from the previous owner. This does not affect the operation of the door. 

15,000 BTU A/C Unit, works great, cools quickly and efficiently. 4KW Cummins Generator, runs off the main engine fuel tank, safety shut off when gas runs low. 6 gallon water heater, water temp is hotter then you will ever need. 3 burner gas range and oven combo. Microwave. Gas/electric freezer/refrigerator combo. The freezer/refrigerator will automatically switch between gas and electric when hooked up to power.
