This is "Tiny House Living"! Built in 2018, this Tumbleweed Tiny Home is the Cypress 20' Overlook model and is currently parked in MA and has been inhabited by one adult and a 20 lb. dog from 2018 to present! It has a loft with 8 stairs to access it and sleeps 2 comfortably in a full or queen size mattress. There is storage and shelving built in to the corners and has 3 windows with emergency egress on the back window. There is adequat room for a TV stand or your TV can be wall mounted! The entire inside of the house is wood! I used a slightly darker stain for the trim and the stairway railing and the doors and cabinets are a beautiful carribean blue! The living area has room for a recliner and could be altered if the shelving and computer area were to be removed! There is an "arm" that you can attach a TV to that can be pulled out so you can watch anywhere on the first floor! The kitchen has a 74"butcher block counter top with a 32" butcher block eating table (or work space) with storage for area underneath the table is 30" by 27" by 18"and can be used for storage or decoration. There are two cabinets 22" by 22" by 24" to store dishes and cookware and another cabinet under the full sized stainless steel sink! The induction stove is black and has two large burners with a child lock surface. The brand is Summit. All faucets and shower head are Moen. The toilet is a flush toilet and is being replaced so it will be brand new! There are washer/dryer hook ups and comes with a microwave! The sink in the bathroom is 15" by 9.5" and has a decorative cover for the pipes! Lots of storage and all the comforts of home! One closet is for the Water heater that holds 19 gallons and the other closet is for clothing and more storage.
