The unit 20123 miles on it and the generator has 1529 hours .The coach was very well-maintained in addition to being waxed once a year the unit was stored in a metal building plugged in when not in use to protect it from the sun. The engine oil was changed regularly and the generator oil was changed every 100 hours of use. It has a in motion satellite and is wired for a direct TV high definition traveler antenna. It also has LED lights installed around the undercarriage with remote control. The tires and the batteries are both less than a year old and there is an additional tray under the carriage to meet accessing cargo easier.
