2015 28' Northwood Artic Fox 28F. Very good condition; very clean. Outdoor kitchen with unused Aussie propane grill, power awning, power stabilizer jacks, thermal Herh windows, kitchen center island, and Dimplex space heater fireplace. The undersides are completely enclosed and insulated. We are the 2nd owners and have owned the trailer for 3 1/2 years. Recent repairs/improvements include new furnace, Dometic toilet, stereo, 25' outside power cord, inside circuit breakers, and custom made queen mattress from McWhorter Bedding in Fairbury, IL. The stabilizer jack motors have been replaced, and the gaskets/seals on the slide outs were just replaced. The GoodYear Endurance tires are 3 1/2 years old with approx 10,000 miles. Scheduled maintenance on the roof, brakes, wheel bearings and slideout seals performed yearly. A Curt 15k gross weight stabilizer hitch is included. Have all receipts since we have owned it.
