• The van was serviced in late 2022 (have all records), and new tires were purchased October 2022. A Texas and Colorado van for most of its life.
• Never any smoking and no pets.
• All issues are cosmetic except for the backup camera, which flickers. All appliances and electronics work.
• Front bumper has rock chips. I used touch-up paint on it, but it could use another go.
• Removed the cabinet door in the kitchen area, as was getting loose on its hinges.
• Driver’s seat has a tear.
• Rear tire carrier is sun worn.
