Selling because we don't use it as much as thought. My asking price is what I owe on it, so that is bottom price.
2008 Forest River Sunseeker 31ft overall length. 76,530 miles On a ford 450 chassis, V-10 engine Dual slides, Watchdog surge protection, TPI (tire pressure sensors) on all tires. Generator recently serviced. Comes many many extras, i.e. full RV cover, wheel covers, separate window covers for privacy, Has satellite dish (we never hooked up). The awning works, had some tears. I placed RV tape top side of awning. Have purchased brand new awning material that will come with it. (I will not install) Back up camera, many water connections, new 30 amp extension cords, etc. This is a 2008, so it does have some minor fading and 3 small delams, but no integrity damage. We will still be using this RV a little bit through the summer, so miles will go up.
