This is a great trailer for camping off the grid or for use in an RV park or to live in as a full-time resident. Very spacious and comfortable! This 5th wheel feels like your home away from home. Whether you want to vacation or live in this trailer, you will feel comfortable knowing it comes from a smoke free environment, and is in good shape. AC and heating unit works well as well as the awning. Exterior is in great shape with no dents. The interior is really nice with no rips or tears in the upholstery, and all appliances work well. The interior swivel living room chairs both recline and a TV is included. The master bedroom is a few steps up from the kitchen, and has a queen-sized bed and plenty of storage. There is also storage for two large propane tanks, and a lot of locking exterior storage on the side and underneath. There is also an outside shower set up. This will make a great trailer for someone or a great place to retire.
