Also upgraded some of the walls, painted cabinets, coated roof, this unit when I got it needed some work as it looked like it may have leaked one time, which is why I replaced floor and sub floors. As of now the two problems are the stairs stick sometimes when coming out and the temperature gauge on dash works when it wants to. We just got back from a trip to Virginia Beach and totally enjoyed this RV.
