Selling our 2022 Grand Design Imagine 3250BH. This spacious trailer features a bunkhouse with 4 beds, its own closet, multiple drawers and a door for privacy to separate it from the main living area. Upon entering this rig the amenities are evident with the solid entry steps (no more rocking when you step in). The kitchen is nicely appointed with a oven/range/microwave/12 volt fridge/freezer/large pantry with barn door/generous kitchen sink with its own island. The living area has a smart tv mounted above the electric fireplace (if you are plugged in to power this thing is awesome as it easily heats up the rig without burning through propane). All windows are equipped with black out roller shades. Theater seating recliners to enjoy the living space and a dinette for enjoying meals/family games. The bathroom has a larger radius shower, vanity, 2 medicine cabinets and a porcelain toilet. The bedroom has a queen bed (storage underneath) and generous storage in the surrounding cabinets. The bedroom has an additional entry of its own for convenient access to bedroom and bathroom while in “road mode”. This trailer has 2 air conditioning units, factory installed solar panel, goodyear endurance tires, 50 amp service, prepped for Tire Linc. The outside of the rig has a power awning, outdoor speakers and outdoor kitchen (mini fridge and small gas range) with plenty of storage for extra goodies. The front of the trailer has slam latch baggage doors with large pass through storage (sorry all of our accessories are still in the photos but we will clear all that out when you decide to buy). One of the things that sets Grand Design apart is how they arrange incoming water/cable tv in the front baggage compartment. No awkward connections that are exposed to the elements. Modifications made were dealer installed max air vent covers over all of the ceiling vents (3). These allow for opening the vents despite high wind or inclement weather. We used this rig for the Summer 2022 season and are looking to downsize to a smaller Grand Design. Unit was winterized prior to heading into the winter season for storage. This is our 2nd Grand Design and we are thrilled with the brand. One of the bunks is missing the mattress as we removed it for extra storage for longer hauls.
