If you’ve been searching for one of these, you know the floorplan which is very similar to the popular 39RKFB, just smaller. We made the coach to be as much a Legacy version as we could.   Owner Upgrades:
• Replaced both Connex TV’s. Bedroom has Samsung and Outside is now a TCL. Both smart TV's
• Replaced the JBL sound system with a 3.2 Samsung Dolby Atmos soundbar with bass speaker hidden in wall.
• Custom mantle for the fireplace to cover JBL speaker holes
• Removed the desk and table portion of the dining area. Replaced with a 2 chair seating area (wainscoted) along with installing a new live edge wood table facing out the window so the walk path was more open.
• Built Shelving in the 2 side compartments to make them more useable. Added shelving in the coat closet next to the front door
• Replaced the original keypad with an RV Lock keypad.
• Replaced the sewer hose carrier with one that would fit 2 lengths of Rhino sewer hose
• Added a waste discharge valve to prevent leaking and getting the “surprise” when opening the waste cap.
• Just upgraded the tires (all 5 including the spare) to Goodyear G114’s including new lugs. They have around 1300 miles on them.
  We have loved this coach from the day we purchased it. We have the title in hand. MSRP of this coach from the factory is $135,331 in 2021 and they are even more for 2023 with no real differences.
