This is an immaculate pre-covid coach (superb build with high quality control, before the huge demand in late 2021) that has been lightly used, and carefully maintained since new in 2021, maybe used 10x over three seasons.
Stored in a carport or under a custom cover at all times, fresh wash and wax inside and out. 
This is a 1/2 ton tow-able bunkhouse, dry weight of 5,460# and a GVWR of 7,660#, total length is 27'.
