2019 Ford Transit built to ski in the winter and camp at remote sites in the summer. This is the largest Ford Transit they make and allows for a full residential queen to be positioned lengthwise, a full wet bath, 7 cu. Ft. refrigerator, microwave, bench seat with laguna table, 2 burner stove, sink, extensive storage cabinets, and a Webasto heater. This unit is insulated throughout with sheep wool in the cavities, R6 polyscio insulating all walls, the floor, and ceiling, and all metal wrapped with Reflectix. All walls are Formica sheet, which will maintain the look of the interior and allows for easy cleaning. The unit has 35 gallons of fresh water under the bed, a 6 gallon propane / electric water heater, a 200 amp lithium battery, 550 watts of solar, shore power connection, 50 amp engine charger, and a 2000 watt inverter powering 110v plugs throughout. The largest Goodyear KO2 AT tires that would fit on the factory suspension were recently installed, and allows for significant snow / off road traction. All these features mean that you can camp on the slopes in the snow with a 70 degree interior as well as take the van down fire roads and trails to discover hidden vistas while getting a home cooked meal and a shower at the end of the day. And all this fits into a van that you can park in a single parking spot!
