This ONE owner, family friendly rig is perfect for many memories! It has faithfully traveled the country with us and is a SOLID motorhome and very comfortable. We have slept as many as 9 and use a twin air mattress as an extra bed. The typical "new owner" problems have been all taken care of AT THOR! This is BETTER than new! There are ALL NEW batteries as of May, 2023 - ($1,500), as well as recently had an inspection at Freighliner for regular maintenance, including an oil change. There were no issues, and if you ask a mechanic, these things are built to last. We had the tires checked at 42,000 miles. They said the tires are built to go 100,000 miles - great shape! (the letter 'Z' on the tire.) All winterizations and any work done have been completed by certified RV mechanics. With children in the vehicle, we didn't want to take any risks, so we probably spent too much money on maintenance, but safety is most important.

You may have read about the furniture issues with the late "teens" of Thor vehicles. This is very true. We have furniture that looked gorgeous at purchase, but has since started to peel, REALLY bad. The cost to reupholster or replace is between $3,500-$6,000. We have been fine using slip covers, but you may want something different. THIS is the reason the price is as low as it is. You can make it what you want! I can provide the contact information for an RV furniture company. They agreed to give a discount to reupolster.

Some of the things we loved best about this rig: having 2 toilets! Outside television / sound bar; we listen to music or watch a movie by the firepit. TONS of storage, we took out the washer/dryer to allow for mass storage! Outlets & charge stations EVERYWHERE! Great layout. The rig has handled BEAUTIFULLY on the hills of Tennessee, Montana, Idaho & S. Missouri and all the roads in between. And the Winegard satellite workded great for our Dish receiver when we were stuck on the highway for 3 hours due to a major accident. We were gifted a Garmin Navigation system that is for truckers and prefer to use that over the built-in navigation system. ** Will include bedding for: master bed, dinette, bunk, couch & theater seats.

We are sad to part with this RV, as it was a dear friend over the past 5 years. Our lives have changed and now it is time for a new owner.
