The queen mattress in the master bedroom is a residential, quality mattress. The TV is 32” and is prewired for multi zone sound. It can be used with installed antenna or cable/satellite. Stereo receiver is Bluetooth, DVD, AM/FM, and auxiliary input. Bunks are power lift bunks to allow for easy storage and access. The awning is powered and has LED lighting for great evening ambiance. Bike rack is included. Plenty of storage in the camper. Pantry in kitchen. 
Works with 30A and 50A electrical hookup. Dual AC units, stainless steel appliances, hot water tank, fresh water storage tank for dry camping, exterior speakers, solid surface countertops, dual propane tanks, gas/electric refrigerator, and gas 3 burner stove and oven. There is one piece of trim on the floor that got damaged when the freezer defrosted and some water puddled on the floor, against the trim piece. There is a very slight discoloration in a small section above the water heater access, on the outside of the camper, but no damage at all.  
We used it on average 3 times a year and thoroughly enjoyed it, but purchased a fifth wheel camper now that our kids are grown.
