Coach is in excellent condition,very low mileage. Only two owners both knowledgeable RV owners and professional drivers.Meticulously maintained,tastefully upgraded, all new furniture and appliances. Theater seating electric reclining, USB ports, matching booth and table with ample storage also converts to bed. New swivel rocker recliner. Power leather captains chairs with over sized passenger seat with electric reclining. Electric fireplace with heat and central vacuum finish out the area. Kitchen upgraded to all stainless steel appliances including residential Whirlpool 21cubic ft.side by side refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water in door, stainless GE convection oven/ microwave, and a stainless steel Dometic 3 burner gas stove. Central bathroom with newer model Slendide 2100XC washer dryer combo with plenty of storage above. A glass and wood French style door separate the bedroom which features a queen size bed and a sitting area with an upholstered chair and ottoman. Both the front and rear tv's upgraded to flat screens with surround sound and locking retractable arms with storage behind. Windshield and side windows have Magne Shade covers to keep out the heat and allows you to see out but no one can see in. Very simple to put on. No ladder required. Slide toppers have been replaced, new tough top awning fabric just installed on the power awning. In the water bay there are two large water filters to filter water down to .5 micron. Also the original inverter was replaced recently with a 3000 watt Victron pure sine wave inverter along with four new agm house batteries that can run the refrigerator on their own all day and also stay charged and running while driving. No need to run the 7500 watt diesel generator to keep the refrigerator running. Rear 15k btu ac/heat pump replaced. Michelin tires are 2016 and in excellent condition. Cummins 370 always maintained since new with recent fuel pump replacement, new alternator and serpentine belt all done at Cummins dealers. Spartan chassis received new air bags and all new leveling valves as well. All maintenance records, receipts and original manuals included. Fiberglass roof always maintained, resealed two years ago and is problem free. Coach is equipped with Air Force One brake controller and module for your tow vehicle.
