Our family has enjoyed this camper the last three years, but are selling because we no longer have a vehicle that can tow it. The camper and canvas are water tight and the floor is in great condition. It comes with an exterior shower and exterior propane stove. It includes an interior sink, stove, mini fridge, shower, toilet and fans. The roof mounted A/C unit blows cool air, but not very cold. It is enough to keep the heat at bay during summer nights, but not keep camper cold. An upgraded axle was installed by the original owner and comes with a spare tire. The camper is easy to tow and can be set up in 20 minutes, or less.
