This is a 2018 Nexus Phantom 32P bunk house Class C in excellent condition. It has 20,600 miles on the coach and only 67 hours on the Onan gas generator. It has always been stored indoors and maintained according the mfg. specifications. It contains too many Nexus upgrades (in motion satellite, solar charging system, 15k BTU heat pump, etc) to list. • New tires were added in Nov 2022. New coach batteries were added in March 2023.
• New theater seating was added in 2022.
• Many upgrades were made for comfort and livability.
• A 2nd 15k BTU heat pump was added in the bedroom on its own 110v circuit.
• The mid coach bunk area was redesigned to provide warm and light controlled “adult sized” sleeping area but can be restored to the original upper bunk and lower jack knife sofa.
• Master bed headboard added for winter warmth and comfort.
• Living room TV moved from over cab bunk area mount to dinette table mount so it can be watch from the theater seats without having to look up!
• Remodeled bathroom countertop, replaced with residential faucet, and new backsplash in 2023.
• Raised Tow hitch and strengthened with plate steel and rollers to prevent dragging and improve tow capacity.

No smoking, no pets. The only flaw is some splitting of the leather on one of the dinette seats. This has been a great super reliable coach and we have loved having it. The only reason we are looking to sell it is to move to a larger RV, most likely a diesel pusher.
