PRICE JUST REDUCED BY ANOTHER $1000 Now $40,000!!
I am the second owner I bought this 2017 trailer in 2018 from Camping World. I have used it for work since I bought it. All of the tires were replaced when I moved the trailer from California to Ga so they have about 2300 miles on them and they have been covered since I parked the trailer in December of 2021. The trailer is in excellent shape has never had pets or been smoked in. I am retiring so I no longer need this trailer. There are awnings over all of the slides and no soft spots or leaks of any kind. I am asking basically what I owe on the trailer. I have installed a full size washer and dryer, I have residential faucet in the kitchen and up graded the toilet. I just replaced the battery in June. I just replaced the auto leveling conrtol unit the old one had an issue and was discontinued. I replaced the recliners with leather Lazyboy electric recliners. There is a QLED TV in the living room. The TV in the bed room is what came with the trailer and I have never used it. Everything works as it should. The trailer is faded some and needs a good waxing but has no delamination or damage. It is extremely comfortable for full time living has a ton of storage space. Trailer is currently parked in Cartersville GA. Possibly able to keep this lot assuming you qualify with the park.
