For sale by Owner is a 2017 Thor Motor Coach Citation Sprinter M-24SR. Built on a Mercedes-Benz V-6 diesel Sprinter chassis. Less than 24,000 original miles. Always stored indoors when not in use. Overall excellent condition. Never damaged or wrecked. The paint shines and the decals are NOT baked, cracked, faded or peeling like you will find on coaches which are stored outside. Sleeps up to 6. 2 slideouts with awnings. 3 televisions including 1 outside. Automatic stabilizing jacks.
We purchased this coach from the original owners earlier this year. After 1 local tryout, my wife decide "WE" are not RVrs yet. No children or pets have been inside this coach, ever. Dealer maintained. The diesel generator has less than 65 total hours on it.
7 brand new Michelin tires were recently installed (yes, the spare too). Not because the original tires were worn out, but because they were 6 years old and I didn't want to chance a blowout. New K&N engine and cabin air filters have been installed. New Bosch ICON windshield wipers have been installed.

This was our first RV, so I'm not too familiar with how to describe all of the features this coach has. I would recommend any interested Buyer come out to Boulder City and inspect it for yourself. I will pick up any potential Buyer at the Las Vegas International Airport (LAS) and show them the coach. If you buy it, drive it home. If not, I'll take you back to the airport. Feel free to ask any questions you may have and I'll try to answer them to the best of my ability. That being said, this is not a desperation or fire sale. I have priced this coach directly in the middle of the base JDPower.com low ($82,350) and high ($99,200) values. I do not need help selling it and low ball offers will not be considered.

The clean and clear Nevada title, in my name, is in hand. There is no Nevada or Arizona sales tax charged on vehicles purchased from a private party. It will cost less than $900 to title and register this coach in the new Owner's name in Nevada. Feel free to run the V.I.N. on the Nevada DMV website to confirm this.
