This RV was upgraded and personalized for a single gal but the changes made are easily removed for a blank slate! Feel free to make this cute little RV (at a comfortable 32ft long) your very own!! 

25ft heated water hose included! As well as extra portable holding tank! 

Please Note: the awning sticks a bit but is still functional and the awning material is in good order, shower head was upgraded to conserve water. Some of the sticker detailing on the outside is peeling as well. 

The original dinette and couch cushions have some flaking so the unit will be sold WITH the cushion covers shown (extras in simple beige are available if preferred) 

Unit has never had water damage, never been smoked in, and never been salvaged.
