Okay heres the low down on this 2013 37MD. My wife and I sold our house 6 years ago and bought this rig with 15000 miles on it. We lived in it and traveled around (for 13000 miles) with our TBI disabled son for 5 years, moved back to Missouri, bought a house and now we are selling the RV.
The engine and drivetrain are in great condition. The rest of the coach needs some love.
heres the list of repairs needed to the best of my knowledge.
*Generator fuel line blocked. Replaced fuel pump (the generator will run from a fuel can with the fuel line in it).
*House batteries are shot.
*Dinette upholstery needs work
*Overhead bunk motor is shot.
*Auto leveler panel is shot.
*House electrical under armoire needs tidying up.
*Needs a new sleeper bed in bedroom. (we converted it to a different bed and removed it while cleaning).
*Engine battery is in poor condition due to a slow drain problem we havent been able to track down.
*The commode flusher handle return spring broke.
*The wet bay is a mess but operable (I have two new valves for the drains, just not installed yet)
*The windshield wipers are glitchy, but on a recall if im not mistaken, the same with the back steps they stopped working on auto but you can control them manually which is a real pain, but theyre on a recall also.
*Tires are cracking in places.
*Main awning bent and torn.
*cover for the dining slide out missing.
*Right rear lower panel has popped out of its uppr track and needs reattached.
*small crack on top rear shell. (bumped a tree backing up)
*2 front chairs need reupholstered.
*heater fan is making a strange noise.
So thats the bad stuff. The good stuff list is.
*Just totaly replaced the fridge cooling system.
*Just diassembled the rooftop AC units and thoroughly cleaned them and they work great.
*Has 1600 watts of solar which works well.
*replaced all incandesant lighting with LED lighting inside and out. (makes a huge difference)
So thats about it, if I remember anything else I'll update this listing.
I'll also go get some up to date pictures here in a bit. in the meantime I'll post what I've got.
