Well maintained 2010 unit. Has newer vinyl plank flooring. Ceiling fan with light and 2 rain sensitive exhaust fans. 2 TV's. CD/DVD player. Surround sound including outdoor speakers. All appliances in good working order. 12 gal hot water tank upgrade. Upgraded toilet. Newer Sealy memory foam mattress. Tires in good shape and relatively new. They are Goodyear Endurance tires. Pulls easily. There have been pets in the unit with some wear on the upholstered furniture but the furniture is clean and in good repair. Awning has been replaced and in very good shape. Roof was resealed last year. Reason we are selling is that we have purchased a larger unit.
