Non-smoking single owner, senior couple, used exclusively for domestic personal travel in contiguous USA. Never rented or leased. Exceedingly clean and appealing walk-through. Purchased new in 2003 from Mid-States RV, Black Hawk, SD. RV has always been based, and is currently parked, in Pahrump, NV.

Extensive documentation of timely maintenance and upkeep, with most receipts from 2003 to present avaiable for review. Example: Two new marine batteries, 7-2023; New brakes, backing plates, repack wheel bearings, new seals (all 4) 07-2021; Restore lower vapor barrier 10-2020; Seal roof seams 06-2020; New shocks, 2017. The trailer interior, exterior, roof and push-outs were extensively inspected by a dealer's agent in July, 2023. He characterized it to be in very good condition. He noted a few, very small and minor instances of delamination on the exterior side wall, customary for the age of the equipment. The awning fabric has begun to separate from the trailer on the right corner, and needs repair or replacement. There is no 50amp service where the trailer is currently parked, so AC could not be tested, but sellers believe it remains in good working order.

TIRES: All four tires have been replaced within the last six years, starting in 9/2017 through 10/2019, all ST235/85R/16s. All have decent tread with minimal-to-no sidewall cracking. Tire change documentation can be reviewed prior to sale.
