Well maintained and upgraded 42 fifth wheel, mid bunk/office.

Upgrades include, firm residential queen matress, vented washer dryer, Sony smart TV, hard wired surge protector, 4 slide covers and solid steps with assist, tool box under stairs and remote entry.
We used this rig to winter in Florida. I work from home so the mid bunk office was perfect for work on the road. Selling due to needing to be home for family.

This rig has been professionally washed waxed annually. In the time we've owned it we have replaced the tires and leaf springs. Prior owner had damaged nose cap (see picture). The repair was well done and has never given us problems in the 5 years we've owned this rig.
