We have outgrown this camper now that we’re a family of six. Easy to maintain and tow, it folds up to a small footprint but has a good amount of room and storage once fully opened. It has brought us wonderful memories over the years, but time to move on to something else.

The good:
• Still winterized.
• Overall, in excellent condition.
• Title with lien release letter.
• Thorough cleaning in and out.
• All propane lines replaced in 2020
• Dual propane tank kit added in 2020
• Sale includes equalizer hitch and anti-sway and some other misc. items in pics.

The bad (see pics):
• Bathroom skylight cracked from a small tree branch. Only visible from top. Sealed with flex tape and has not leaked through many years and storms.
• Back bunk canvas had a small puncture from a small tree limb and was patched and sewed. Repair has remained leak free through many years and storms.
• Two small roof punctures from small limb last year sealed with camper roof repair tape. Has not leaked through winter and spring rain.
