The plan was to keep it forever but we just don't use it like we use to. Great coach for adventure with bunk house setups. An easy change to the bunks makes the perfect remote office space.

Everything works and is the last of the pure analog era with simple 12 volt switches for everything (no touchpads, or other complicated digital components). Massive amount of storage inside and below for the entire family. Washer and Dryer to keep out of the laundromat. Washed and waxed before storage each year.

Major upgrades include the addition of AMSolar 400w of solar on titling mounts which can top up the batteries everyday. Victron battery charger and all wiring was oversized for an additional 400w of solar that could be installed. Four Trojan 6v batteries with 400ah of capacity installed 2021. The 35 Amp diesel generator has 3,678 hours. All four slide toppers awnings were replaced in 2020.

On the Chassis side, all 100k service work (have all reciepts) was performed last year. The engine starts and sounds great; it just keeps humming like a Cummins.

Known issues are the usual fabric peeling and cracking of the seats, coach, and dinette fabric. We have opted for the easy solution of covers as seen in the pictures. The front cap also has some peeling of the clear coat at the very top.

Not included in this price is a setup for flat towing via BlueOX tow package, and RVI braking system, tire pressure monitors (coach and toad - 10 sensors total) if you are need we can discuss.
