When not in use, I've had it parked under cover. -All new tires (plus new spare) -Two new deep cycle marine/RV batteries were replaced last month. -Dining room table slide-out. -All the lights inside and out are working fine along with all outlets, electronics and appliances. -Propane kitchen stove/oven. -Propane/electric fridge/freezer in excellent condition - Two propane tanks -Absolutely no leaks anywhere. -Will come with different shore power hookup attachments, sewer hose + attachments, 50ft potable water hose and pressure regulator. -Outdoor shower -All four stabilizer jacks work like they should -Awning extends and retracts smoothly -Extremely cold A/C, and heat works great (propane) -Electric trailer jack/arm for easy hookup to tow hitch (works great) -Has all weight distribution arms and towing hardware -Water pump functions like it should -Heated holding tank system -New faucet in bathroom area -Entrance doors close tightly and lock easily, no leaks -50ft power cable I'm probably forgetting a few things, but this is an awesome trailer.
