2001 Fleetwood Flair. Interior is in Good Condition. It is equipped with a pantry, separate shower (across from bathroom), two twin beds, dining room table that converts into bed (sleeps 1-2), living room couch coverts to bed (sleeps 1-2), microwave, gas stove/oven combo, refrigerator and freezer, one a/c unit in good working order, and a tv. New roof coating and maintenanced all window and roof penetrations. Water heater was maintenanced 2023. Liquid propane 1/2 full. Comes with all hoses and connectors for hookups to water and electrical. There is a drain on the battery that we haven't identified. However, it is able to be jumped off and driven. There is a problem with the parking gear which we have been told is a $300 repair. When you put the vehicle in park, this part clamps on the drive shaft essentially putting the vehicle in park. We just chock the tire when we put it in park and it has been sufficient thus far.
