1998 Newmar 38’ Kountry Aire KA3796 Motorhome.  Very solid RV with many updates.  5.9 Cummins Turbo front mounted diesel engine on a Freightliner custom chassis, leather swivel captains driving and passenger chairs, electric entry step, newly installed laminate flooring, all faucets are household quality, more storage than needed, propane generator, propane water heater, gas / electric fridge, under counter ice maker or can be used just as a second freezer, 3 burner cook stove with built in cover, convection microwave oven, gas furnace / electric heat pump setup, 50 amp cold dual air conditioning, all in one washer and dryer, two tv’s with dish network receiver and dish, hydraulic leveling jacks all around, futon couch, long old school manual cloth awning with awnings over all windows and slide out as well, camper queen memory foam mattress bed with under bed storage and more room in kitchen and living part than some houses have.  We are only the third owner and have had it for almost 4 years.   It’s been to Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas, Wisconsin and all states between with no problem.  Front tires are less that 4 years old.  Well maintained RV
