Very clean, stored inside, 2022 Grand Design Solitude 390RK 5th Wheel Camper. Used as living quarters while we built a home and we no longer need it with no time to travel. Five bump-outs give this 41 ft RV a bigger feel.

Bedroom accommodates queen/king bed (not included), has a spacious closet w/sliding mirror doors and a closet/laundry area w/nice sized dresser. The bed also lifts up for more storage and there is a pull-out drawer at the foot of the bed. The washer/dryer are included and work wonderfully. Bathroom has 2 sinks, large shower (with bench) and closet storage. More storage in the front entryway where the controls are for bump-outs, awning, tank heaters, and exterior lights. Living rm has 2 comfortable reclining seats, 2 couches that convert into beds, an electric fireplace (takes the chill out on a cool night!), sound system (speakers indoors/outdoors), and. more storage!

The kitchen is amazing. Huge pantry, plenty of cupboards (we reinforced shelving), good counter space, 24" oven, full sized fridge (runs off LP or electric), microwave, and a 2 compartment sink (we purchased a drying rack for 1 side). The bar-top counter w/2 chairs is a perfect breakfast table.

Water hook-up system is very simple and the filtration is pre-installed. 93 gal fresh water tank, 106 gal for 2 gray water tanks (1 - kitchen and 1 - bath/laundry) and 53 gallon black tank. There are 2 hook-ups for outdoor water hoses and electrical outlets on the exterior. 2 back-up batteries that run the essentials and 2 - 40 gallon LP tanks included.

Good heat system and this RV is equipped with the Weather-Tek package with upgraded insulation, fully enclosed under belly, and tank heaters. This unit has every upgrade: Residential Package, Central Vac (additional bags and all accessories included), 2 TVs, electric fireplace, 3 air conditioning units (the bedroom one is the 3rd and is sooo nice!!), 6-point hydraulic leveling, upgraded tires w/TireLinc, and more!

This camper has been thoroughly checked over and we've spent time making it sturdier and reliable.
