Everything works and there are no leaks. It is a great camper for those who want to tow a boat or trailer because you have access to the hitch. For dry camping, you can use an inverter generator which will power everything, including the air-conditioner. When hooked up to shore power, 110v is all that is needed to supply power and will run the air-conditioner. A small microwave will fit on the surface adjacent to the shower. The Happijac Electric Jacks with remote control make loading and unloading a breeze. I added 5 Step Scissor Step Stow & Go, so that I could enter and exit easily with the camper on my truck. I will include Torqlift tiedowns, although the buyer will need to buy and install the receivers on the truck frame.
