We used the bunk room as my husband’s office since it is just my husband and I. Took out the sleeper sofa (never slept on) and had room for his desk and double monitors. Added hydraulic lift to bed frame in the queen room for easy access to storage underneath. The second air conditioner in that bedroom works great in summer heat. The fireplace puts out plenty of heat and has beautiful light customization. We rarely had to use the gas furnace in the winter when we used the fireplace and a small space heater. Storage in underbelly. Wired for solar. Only moved once from Carthage to Miami. One window shade needs adjustment. Screen door needs rescreened in bottom right area and has a small break.
