Clear title in hand. Awesome floor plan, sleeps 5-6 (queen bed with privacy curtains) LARGE bathroom Great model to live in too since floor plan is so functional. TONS of storage!
Everything works well; fridge and freezer, stove, microwave, hot water heater, water pump, AC,heater, slide out, etc.
We are the second owners, bought in 2016 and loved it! Just upgraded to a new Heartland northtrail ( yep they are that awesome!), so this one is ready for its new family.

Good condition, with reasonable age wear and tear. Cabinents and vinyl floor free of damage and in good condition!
