2020 Grand Design 268BH. This unit is like brand new. Only used a handful of times. The slide out hasn't had any problems and the canopy is in perfect condition. No leaks past or present. Has 4 Goodyear Endurance tires in great condition and 2 spares (on rims) that are not Goodyears. This unit has almost all the options including a 2nd AC unit in the bedroom, blackout shades, tank heaters, auto leveling system, Nautilis water control system, the arctic insulation package and more. I also replaced the puny water heater with a tankless unit that lets you take as long of a shower as you want. Brand new battery. I will also include just about everything you would need for it to be turn key. 50 amp power cord with 30 amp and household dogbones, fresh and black water hoses with a wye diverter, pressure gauge and filter. Mutiple sewer hoses, connectors and even that accordian thing that keeps your sewer hose on the correct slope. I'll even throw in some dishes, untinsels and cooking stuff. Also included is a Pullright 2700 auto sliding 5th wheel hitch with a Curt drop in plate. This hitch will let you make tight turns with a shortbed truck (like mine) without hitting the back of the cab. The RV itself is equipped with the Turning Point kingpin, but can be left locked in place with the autoslide hitch. Unit is located in the Oklahoma City area.
