Great shape 5th wheel! It has been kept inside when not in use. It has new tires and 2 air conditioners (both are 15,000 BTU). Also, has a tire monitoring system. Sleeps 10 with full size bunk beds, queen in the master (walk around), sleeper sofa, and dinette that converts into a bed. It has plenty of storage inside and out including 2 wardrobes. Surround sound inside and out. Fireplace and TV in the living room. It is wired for TVs in master bedroom, bunk beds, and outdoor kitchen. It has a big outdoor kitchen with 2nd refridgerator, sink, 2 burner stove with large awning. This would make a wonderful family travel trailer. We fit 7 (5 adults and 2 kids) comfortably for a long trip to Disney. It has 3 gray tanks (73 gallons). 5th wheel is designed to be pulled with a 1/2 ton pickup.
