2015 Fleetwood Excursion in very good condition, one owner, non-smokers. The RV has been kept in climate controlled storage when not in use, it is has never experienced a Maine winter. The RV comes with many extras including a Splendide washer/dryer combo, custom made Shade Pro Window and tire covers and Snap pads. This year we added 4 new house batteries, 6 new tires and a very recent oil change. We have done many small customizations like a removable work station in the bedroom and a custom steering wheel table. The bedroom TV was upgraded to a 42 inch smart ROKU Hitachi TV last year. This RV had the Flexsteel fabric issue and we reupholstered them with Sunbrella type fabric. The pricing reflects that this was not done in leather. The reupholstering of the furniture and valances will appeal to those who love the ocean like us. We have several extra items available for purchase or up for negotiation with the sale of the RV. We love our RV and it has been a difficult decision to put it up for sale but health reasons have helped us make this tough decision.
