This 5th Wheel has been meticulously cared for with the exception of normal exterior dings and interior wear, it's like new. Very clean!

Why am I selling? I've owned this for about 15years and just wanted an upgrade. It's that simple.

The Good. Added solar panels 4 x 100 watts each, Onan Generator 5500 Watt (only 286 hours and newly serviced), New electric hitch jacks (2023), Interior and exterior sound system (w/subwoofer), two AC units (both blow cold), replaced all interior and exterior lights w/LED. New Propane tanks (2), Boss reciever w/ Polk Amp, 1800 watt Sine Wave Inverter. Moryde hitch (no back and forth sway), new grey water tank and (2020), replaced both grey and black water dump valves (2020). Fits a 72" SXS, TONS of storage!

The Not So Good. One of the seats on the dining area needs to be reinforced. We found that it didn't hold the weight of two small children jumping up and down on it. One of the foldable bench seats is starting to sag in the middle (not a big deal, but it's there), the pocket door came off the hindge and needs to be reinstalled (I have all the harware, it just needs to be installed), the roof caught a tree branch and caused some damage (less than 12") that has been sealed and does not leak. Awning is starting to get sun damaged but works good, Rear stabilizer jack needs repair.
