This newly remodeled 2007 Teton 5th wheel has had two owners, both lived in it exclusively. We are the 3rd. The Teton series is a high end luxury RV built above and beyond current standards of RV. It was designed with comfort and reliablity at the forefront.
This model is an all weather unit with a heated underbelly with heated tanks and has been comfortable down to 15 below and 98 above zero.
The furnace is a Suburban 42K BTU. The rooftop A/C is a Dometic 15K BTU with a heat exchanger. A Mr Cool 12K Mini-split was added and can be powered from a simple 20 amp outlet or from shore power.
The original 12 gal hot water heater has been replaced with a suburban tankless water heater. The faucets have been replaced and a filtered drinking water tap installed. The bathroom vanity has been rebuilt and upgraded.
With the installation of the mini split and a 42" TV w/soundbar, storage space has been increased even more.
This unit also comes with or without a new Serta Queen matteress.
All windows have custom summer/winter insulated panels.
The driver who brought it to IL from WY (in inclement winter weather) stated that, This 5th wheel was in his top 5 for ease of towing. It follows like a dream."
