Description

We love this RV. The 35’ length makes it easy to drive and was the perfect fit for us.

She is a diesel pusher with 3 slides, which makes for a very roomy interior. And with the engine in the rear, you have a very pleasant driving experience. The engine runs perfectly and is a 330HP Caterpillar with an Allison transmission. The only issue we ever had with the power train is that we had to replace the water pump. Engine was serviced approximately 2,000 miles ago.

New oil and air filters for Caterpillar engine and the 5KW Onan generator. The generator is also diesel and has 1621 hours on it. Diesel generators last much longer than their gas equivalent and over 10,000 hours should be expected.

There is a Dometic side by side refrigerator/ freezer that runs off electricity or propane. It has a working ice maker. It works perfectly.Galley includes a double sink and a propane cooktop and oven. Everything works great.

There is a queen-sized bed in the master suite which includes a clothes washer/dryer combo. There are several TVs and plenty of storage in the underneath bins. All batteries were replaced in 2021. RV includes a built in 3KW inverter. Roof was resealed in 2021. There are no leaks.

RV comes with a tire pressure monitoring system and the slides have been resealed.

Now the not so good.

RV suffered slight hail damage with the previous owner. RV was under a cover, so the top was protected. But on the passenger side, the bin covers show some slight indentations from the hail.

The overhead ACs both work but the dashboard AC is not currently working. There was a slight freon leak when we purchased it. From time to time, I would simply add freon. I believe the leak has worsened it doesn’t hold freon very long.

The tires are dated 2017. They are in great shape, but I would recommend replacing them next year.

The RV is in very good shape but expect some slight cosmetic imperfections that you would expect from a 2005 vehicle.

Why are we selling it? We put over 20,000 miles on this RV and loved every minute of it. We traveled from Key West to Yellowstone down to the Grand Tetons in WY and then into Utah to see Moab. Harvest Host is a great app and we have boondocked in vineyards, plantations, wind farms, car museum properties and a junk yard/bar combo on route 66.

We had another big trip planned this summer but then the first grandchild was born. We don’t plan to take any extended trips in the near future so we decided it was best to sell.
