Well kept Lance camper. This comes fully equipped with all appliances working.  Three way refrigerator, fantastic fan with thermostat and rain sensor, dual propane tanks, ducted furnace, 9 gallon hot water tank, dry bath with shower, fold out dinette, queen bed, A/C unit, electric jacks, side awning and ONAN on board propane generator with only 137 hours on it. We put down new flooring, repainted the whole interior, reupholstered the booth, installed new toilet last year and new battery disconnect with new Iota power converter/charger. 

Our family has used this camper over the last few years and have enjoyed summer camping but especially winter camping ski trips. The furnace in this camper kept us warm on the coldest night up at Mount Ashland and Mount Shasta. The interior of the camper has lots of windows and also lighting in every place you need a little extra even reading lights on each side of the queen bed. It’s very bright in this camper. We have had no leaks in the roof.
