The RV is basically like new. It has never traveled other than to move it and have it serviced. It was purchased new in Oct 2021 and lived in until April 1, 2023. Included in the RV price are these items:

The RV comes with king bedspread and matching pillows. Lots of storage inside and outside. It has 2 filled propane tanks. The electric fireplace puts out heat which is really great. The stove and oven are propane. In addition to the ladder that goes with the RV we had a wooden deck built that can be sold as well at an additional price. The 3 slide outs make the RV roomy and all the windows create nice natural light and cross breezes. The awnings create a lovely shaded area for sitting outside. It was a great home for us and will be a great purchase.
