This RV was gently used for camping and hauling our Harley motorcycle. The toy hauler aspect allowed us to trailer the bike with ease. The ramp access was amazing for loading the bike and unloading it at the campsite. Setting up the ramp to create a patio was easy and enjoyable for drinking coffee in the mornings and stargazing at night. Our travels included Ohio, Texas and campgrounds in rural Missouri. My sister and her husband accompanied us on many weekend camping trips. We used the outdoor TV jack to watch movies at night. The fifth wheel aspect allowed for privacy of sleeping and for all our dining, cooking, food and camping supplies. It has a large dining table (seating for 6-8) and benches for playing board games and mealtimes. Pulling the fifth wheel was smooth and easy. The set up of the camper using the battery powered front jacks and manual rear jacks made setting up camp easy. A sensor inside the camper allowed us to see how much water we had left if dry camping and how full the grey and black water tanks were. I would recommend this camper for any one who enjoys camping but likes air conditioning and heat when needed.
Included with the RV is a tripod stabilizer for bedroom area, a patriot fifth wheel hitch and a Furiion back up camera.

Currently winterized. Tires were recently replaced and only a few trips taken with them. Sky light replaced in bathroom and flush for septic repaired. Siding repair above right back wheel due to blow out before tires were replaced.
